Salary data, in a locked cabinet

Payroll holds the most sensitive data a company has: pay, PAN, Aadhaar and bank accounts. Here's how Kvcare HRMS keeps it to the people who should see it.

Protection

How we protect it

Your company's data stays yours

Every record belongs to exactly one company. No role in your account can see another company's data.

Access by role and by site

Roles decide what someone can do. Site HR teams see only their own location's employees and attendance.

Every change on record

Edits to employees, attendance, payroll and settings are logged with who made them, what changed, before and after, and when.

Paid means final

A locked run can be reopened for a correction only until salaries are paid, and the corrected run needs approving again. Once it's paid it can't be edited; later corrections come through as arrears.

Sensitive IDs protected

Statutory identifiers are encrypted at rest. Aadhaar numbers are masked except for roles allowed to see them.

Hardened access

Rate limiting and secure HTTP headers guard against automated attacks.
